 A year ago, I did an experiment: What if I wrote a serial story in which every episode ended with a choice and the readers decided the direction for the next episode? Thus AZINAE was born, a fifteen-episode fantasy adventure involving animal superpowers, a mysterious tree, and an epic destiny! (Which, by the way, I am currently expanding and revising as a novel.) Later on in the year, I did the same thing with Jack & Tollers, a humorous story about a wise-cracking dude whom his best friend literally wrote into a fantasy story. You can read all the episodes here. And now you, intrepid reader, are about to embark on the next adventure in which you get to choose the direction of the story. On Wednesday, February 1st, I will reveal the title, cover, genre, and general plot of the new interactive story. (Obviously, a lot of the plot depends on readers like you.) On Friday, February 3rd, the story begins! I plan for 12 episodes, spanning February, March, and April. Every new episode will post on Friday and readers can vote through the weekend on their favorite of the options. Are you excited? If so, share it with your friends!
